Roland V. Magsino is a pioneer graduate of Hondagua National High School, Lopez, Quezon. He finished Bachelor of Secondary Education major in

Mathematics at Philippine Normal University,Lopez campus. He received awards in Culture and Arts in band and Exemplary Conduct. He employed as Secondary School Teacher I in his Alma Mater. He is pursuing his Master of Arts in Educational Management at Philippine Normal University, Manila and earned the academic requirements. He is presently taking up Research in Scientific Writing to complete the degree. He was promoted to Secondary School Teacher II last January 19, 2009.
